My name is Kayla Beaty

I am a current student at UCA, I am majoring in Interior Design. I graduated from UACCM with my Associates before I pursued my current major. I have been playing architect since I was nine and now, even though it is adjacent to the original, I will make that little girls dream a reality. These designs are only the tip of the iceburg.

Elevation Drawings

A project of a gallery wall based off of a Gestalt's principle of our choosing.

Project 1:
ADA Guest Bed & Bath Suite

This is a suite made for a couple in need of accommodating their wheelchair bond brother or brother-in-law.

Scale Miniature

This is a miniature store-front where we were give full creative freedom.

Perspective Drawing

The assignment was to create a drawing with two-to-three focal points, full creative freedom was given.

Dichotomies Pairs
Extended Drawing

This is an extended drawing assignment meant to represent a set of dichotomies pair which are a set of two choices that are mutually exclusive and exhaustive, often used in identification keys or classification systems, and we were tasked with bringing that to life.

Color & Light Project

This was a project to show the students how light truly effects color.
